Graduation Requirements

GPCS offers a full program of study for each academic year, including courses in the following disciplines: Bible, English and literature, mathematics, science (physical & life), social studies (history, geography, sociology & government), foreign languages (German & Spanish), fine arts, computer literacy and physical education. This program will fulfill all State requirements for graduation, as well as general college admissions requirements. All students enrolled in GPCS are expected to take a minimum of five (5) courses each year of their high school careers, earning the following credits, outlined in the table to the right.

GPCS offers a variety of extracurricular activities to supplement our academics. There might be an additional charge for some of the activities. In addition to the activities listed below, GPCS also competes in events such as spelling bees, math meets, musical competitions and festivals, and creative writing competitions. Further information on all of these activities is available in the school office.
